  • Navyvet, Where does it say that POTUS has to serve in the military in our constitution. Many former presidents never served in the military. Abe Lincoln never served and many see him as the greatest president in our history.

  • So what exactly do you believe a gay soldier is going to do in battle or even stationed stateside? Discrimination based on race or "lifestyle" is equally ignorant. I served in Vietnam with gay soldiers.

  • You are retired law enforcement yet you can not imagine any situation where you would let someone pat down your wife and daughter that way? Did you apply the same principle when conducting an arrest and you had to pat down a suspect before arresting them.

  • I'm retired, financially secure and made most of my money during Democratic years. I'm even in the target group that Obama wants to tax and I still support him. I also have put 3 children through college, served my country in Vietnam and I still fly an American flag in front of my house daily.
